Christ thats a worry, I'm glad I had my last two vaginally that was relatively easy.  I don't think I would want to be pushing to try to get the baby down my leg and out my foot - especially if my foot was already sore.

I had a good look at my foot too but am darned if I can find the opening where the baby is NOW supposed to come out!!
