Just a suggestion. Claudia Schiffer as a supermodel is a long-time member of the ultra thin. Perhaps it was discovered when she hurt her foot that her bones are brittle from years of too little body fat.  (Studies have shown that women with too little body fat go into a form of menopause; periods stop & bones lose calcium.)  Anyone care to speculate on the effect of trying to go through labour with a brittle pelvis?

I too read this and couldn't work out the association between hurting her foot a year ago and needing a c/s? Surely that sounds stupid even to the person who said/wrote it.
