[ozmidwifery] graves disease and breastfeeding

I have a client who has graves disease. She is taking 3 50 mgs propylthiouracil 3 times a day. I would like to know if anyone has any information regarding the effects this medication may have on breastfeeding a 7 week old boy. The boy has no thyroid problems. Also, if this medication is increased will there be any effects on the breastfeeding.   Thanks for any help you can give me.jan
