Andrea: I think the responses evolved because we don't know what model of
care is being implemented. Is it a midwifery model of care or is it
obstetric? Personally I can't imagine that either Nicky or Pat would be
behind a model that was/is obstetric. However, it would be informative to
know what the guidelines are.
