Hi Geesje,
I think it was approx 30% but I cant remember exactly. You could e-mail Roz Donnellan-Fernandez who is the co-charge midwife of the new group practice model at the Women's and Children's Hospital. Her e-mail is [EMAIL PROTECTED]
You should investigate the award rate for NPs in NSW and demand the same.
All the best,
Leanne.

Dear Leanne,
Do you know what the percentage of the permanent loading is? We are also
negotiating an annualized salary at Campbelltown Hospital NSW. Some
hospitals in NSW receive a 25% loading but I worked this out to be well
short of what I earned in penalties over the past year. We feel that just
because we really want to work with this model of care we shouldn't sell
ourselves short.
