Hi Geesje and Carol, This is a really important issue. The College is currently doing some work to try and collate the various efforts going on re industrial agreements around group/caseload midwifery practice. We are hoping to have some material available in another month or so.

Sally has been responsible for negotiations with the NSW Nurses Association and NSW Health over the annualised salary paid to midwives providing full time caseload care in the Group Midwifery Practice at the Ryde Hospital.
