Dear Kate, Perhaps a special soft toy for each twin could be included, cards sent from friends, angels - there's some nice prints/cards of 2 cherubs kissing which represents twins very nicely.  Our family celebrates each birthday and Christmas with gifts and cards for our own angelbaby.  These then go in to her memory box. A little over a month ago, one of my follow through women had stillborn twins.
