Working for an agency, I get around Melbourne. All places I work at require written consent from the mother. There is a form, all they do is sign it. Mothers are supposed to be fully informed of the risks involved, but usually aren't. These forms are generally signed for medical reasons, i.e. weight loss>10%, jaundice etc, (yeah, I know). as well as mums who want to comp. Maureen

Hi, just wondering what the policies are concerning consent to give formula to a baby (any baby). is the consent to be written or verbal, and is it gained from either parents or just the mother? sue > > -- This mailing list is sponsored by ACE Graphics.
