I know this was recently discussed on the list - but I was wondering how long you lovely midwives have seen this occur for within a natural labour?
I remember mine lasting about 10mins (enough time to get out of the car - not a great place to do transition! - and into BC)
What is considered too long? 2 hours? What are the 'typical time limits' - when would risk factors be considered?
