Move SharePoint 2003 Document Lists to Moss 2007

Hi All:
 
   I have a Sharepoint 2003 site which contains a few hundreds of document 
lists. Now I need to copy them across to a SharePoint 2007 site (Still need to 
be doucment lists). Just wonder is there any community tool or code to do that 
easily?
