A bunch of sites are not upgrading due to missing WSS language resources for English (Australia). Adding web to the exceptions list. This results in these sites not making it through the upgrade, has anyone faced this problem before and have a solution for it? As far as I know there is no English (Australia) specific language pack for WSS 3.0.
