Ishai, Thanks for the reply, and yes that Kwizcom page does help explain the issue, the source WSS 2.0 sites were created using the Kwizcom CRM-SharePoint connector.
I've sort of 'bypassed' the issue for now. What is strange is the particular webs that have the warnings can't be browsed to. Example - http://oldcompanyweb/3b9a66e5-bacb-4274-b993-c8f7a2209535 returns a 404 error but, I can view this migrated web using the API and using SharePoint Manager, SharePoint Manager also lists out the libraries and documents in the site. All the documents have been migrated across correctly - I can even browse to them with their URL. so even though http://oldcompanyweb/3b9a66e5-bacb-4274-b993-c8f7a2209535 returns a 404 error, http://oldcompanyweb/3b9a66e5-bacb-4274-b993-c8f7a2209535/SharedDocuments/Revised Side Section Drawings recd 22-04-08/005411-920-1 REV 3.pdf loads the document fine with no problems. So lucky for me the migration also involves a restructuring of content (note the ugly guids used in site URLs), and I can access the required content with the API and migrate it to the destination I need to. So I can migrate what I need at this moment, even though a large number of these webs are in a *stuffed* state.
