I haven't had that problem before, apologise if it's a dumb question but
are you sure you have tested the credentials before and it's not fresh
report definition file?

Not sure if anyone has come across this (or if there’s a fix) but we have a
SharePoint farm using SSRS. The farm got rebooted on the weekend and when
it came back online, all the Data Connections had lost the credentials that
were there. Is this a common problem?
