This seems like the best thing Greece could do now, in the face of isolation over their unsustainable debt.
The rest of EU could even consider Greece's cultivation and stewardship of useful and valuable commons of different types as an alternate but equal form of repayment of debt, since some of these commons would then be available for these countries to use.
