I disagree, it's stupid to put any p2p protocol on the internet  
without critique, especially one that is so massively deployed. It's  
backwards to test the client, release an alpha, then apply for an ietf  
draft. The question is what are they hiding? Anyway "get it working" ! 
= "release an alpha".
