used for resource discovery, e.g. file sharing, p2p VoIP and etc. I feel
that if we use the term "resource discovery overlay" for now used "P2PSIP
Overlay", we do not distinguish the application "SIP" from other
applications. I don't know if we need the term "P2PSIP Overlay", or we just
need a "P2P Overlay". For P2PSIP, we may just call it "SIP Over P2P".
