Ah, then it works, but it still doesn't make sense for Rust -devel packages :)

Sorry, I seem to have skimmed over that. As far as I know, just including the
license text without the upstream project's blessing is a no-go (unless it's a
last resort). In this case, the project seems to be aware of the problem, so
they should decide what the correct license text is.
