Yes, I think we should drop both the Provides and the Obsoletes, they are not
needed anymore, the Obsoletes referenced a font version 20220916-6 which is
almost 4 years old, the Fedora version from that time is long out of
maintenance. So it should be safe to remove the Obsoletes **and** the Provides.
