As this is your first package whoever sponsors you will want to have seen at least one informal review done by yourself of another package. You can "yum install fedora-review" and use that as your template - or choose one from here: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Category:Package_Maintainers/Review_Template. Choose any review request you find interesting - just make sure its one that doesn't track the FE-NEEDSPONSER bug. Just list them here so your sponsor can find them easily. You are also free to adhoc comment on any package review you find.
