Sooooo close!

Ok, so! When I connect to my registration vlan and try to browse the internet
instead of getting redirected to the registration page I get a 403 Forbidden
error that says I do not have permission to access /cgi-bin/redir.cgi on this
server.

I have checked the user and group on the files in the cgi-bin dir and they are
all set to pf:pf which is as it should be AFAIK.

I am not an Apache expert so if anyone knows the reason this is happening and
would like to cut my googeling activities short please feel free to chip in.
