Let's try something. Change the default TTL value in
conf/named-inline.ca from:
86400
to
1

This should make the entry expire quite quickly. If the browser doesn't
cache for a longer period it should fix the problem.

Try that and let us know how it goes. If it fixes your issue, we will
modify the value we provide by default.
