Hi Don, in 4.0.2 there is a new user source "SponsoredEmail", which you have to create. In the portal profiles configuration you have to add your new created source to the field "Sources".
After that you must restart the httpd.portal service and the SignUp Button should appear. Though i have a strange problem with it. If i use the "default" profile the button appears. But if I use another, even untouched profile, the button doesn't show up. Maybe you could verify it. I haven't had time yet to test it further.
