I suggets running FreeRADIUS in debug mode (-X) or using raddebug to see what
is the value of the NAS-Ip-Address attribute.
If it differs from the source IP of the request itself (the controller's IP)
you may have to put an entry for both the controller and the AP in
switches.conf.
PacketFence sends the deauthentication request to the IP in the NAS-IP-Address.
If the IP is that of the AP rather than the controller the deauth will most
likely fail unless you have an entry for it in switches.conf with
"controller_ip" set to the IP where the request should really be sent.
