Can you try:
yum makecache --enablerepo=PacketFence
and:
yum --enablerepo=Packetfence,of,epel upgrade packetfence

The only perl-Linux-FD I found was an OpenSUSE package. Any chance it
will be appearing on openfusion soon, or am I missing something?
