Try maybe to remove hostapd, this is what I got on my setup:
root@OpenWrt:~# opkg list | grep wpa
wpad - 2015-03-25-1
wpad-mini - 2015-03-25-1
root@OpenWrt:~# opkg list | grep host
hostapd-common - 2015-03-25-1
