Thanks Louis.
After further investigation I couldn't find anything pertaining to this
particular MAC address in any radius.log...
It turns out that her machine is connected to a switch port that is not
configured for PacketFence. In the past we've had issues with VoIP phones
going through PacketFence. In this specific case, the user has an IP Phone
and her PC is tethered behind it. Due to the problems with the phones in
the past -- we simply made it so PacketFence doesn't deal with this switch
port.
Even more confused as to why the user would be getting this message...
