so first what do you want to do with PacketFence ?
Do you want to use inline enforcement/vlan enforcement ?
For information all services are not necessary, per example if you are
using radius only then no need to have a captive portal.
So first if you can do a screenshot of what return
/usr/local/pf/bin/pfcmd service pf status
After that your challenge will be probably to attach the correct network
interface to you gns3 instance.
So be sure to be able to ping your switch in gns3 and to be able to
reach the vlan you created in gns3 from PacketFence (like assign a ip on
the vlan interface and assign an interface of PacketFence in this vlan
and assign an ip and try to ping from both side).
