"osc se -s ffmpeg-7" returns many results, but nothing in SUSE namespace.

This is being discussed as a usage regression, and how to deal with it.
"osc ls $prj/$pkg" or "osc ls $prj|grep $pkg" is currently required.

~> osc ls openSUSE:Leap:16.0/ffmpeg-7
Server returned an error: HTTP Error 404: package 'ffmpeg-7' does not exist
package 'ffmpeg-7' does not exist
~> osc ls openSUSE:Leap:16.0|grep ffmpeg-7

So I'm going to implement my "recursive ls all projects on build.opensuse.org" script now and am pretty sure, that my account will be blocked before tomorrow.

(no, I'm not going to do that. I'm just ignoring 16.x for the foreseeable future. If they don't want people to contribute anymore, they could have just announced it openly)
