Hi Peter,

I am not sure whether we should delay a release because of that.

Improving the situation wrt. the directory tree is important, but it
is also okay
if some part of it is released with 0.74, and another part is released
with 0.76.

The more frequent releases we have, the less it matters if a certain improvement
makes it into the _next_ release.
