BTW, "Failed to create server" is just the single-instance server
failing noisily rather than silently.

Can we remove the dialog altogether for 0.82 and hack on it a bit more
for 0.84 instead? I'd quite like to see it support "always" or "don't
ask this again". Also, due to another bug in the "View document as..."
menu, it's not possible to change the mime type to text at this
point...

As for releases, no point releases, we forge on to 0.82. No reason it
can't be small.

I'd like maybe another day to see if I can get slave master'ing
working again, but otherwise I say screw it and just push as is.
