I think I saw this happening in some operating system but I
don't recall where. Most likely it was a Hebrew Enabled Windows.
You know, the one that has English UI but Hebrew locale.

Maybe it was in an older version of Padre and we changed
something that stopped this behavior.

Or maybe I am just confusing something.

If you have such Windows then you could try to do some research
by trying older versions of Padre to see if it happens there
and locating the change that stopped it.

In any case I'd suggest opening a ticket with this on
http://padre.perlide.org/trac/ as a ferature request.
