As far as I'm aware, this needs to happen automatically in the OS as we don't have that kind of control over the layout pattern of the menus.
Until someone cut back the number of images on the screenshots page, we used to have an arabic that I thought I rememberd as having the correct right to leftisms. I could be wrong though.
