I wonder if this could be an opportunity to think about bug tracking and control. While trac has been very important in Padre's success, I think most of us will agree that we kind of outgrew it. It's not too user friendly and the system of "unlocking" access for the casual bug reporter is not really very nice. Are there alternatives out there, maybe free for open source projects, that could help us fixing these issues? Do we want to keep control of our own bug tracker or can it be hosted on the gits/googles of these world?
