Reporting to: BOARD OF CONTROL/DIRECTORS

This exciting and demanding role has become available
due to the promotion of the highly successful
incumbent CEO.
Reporting to the Board of Control/Directors, the CEO
will manage more than 100 stores in more than 50
cities nationally, a research and development
division, a manufacturing facility, and over 1,700
employees.
Responsibilities:
1. To implement the strategic goals and objectives of
the organization.
2. To give direction and leadership toward the
achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission,
strategy, and its annual goals and objectives.
3. To be responsible for the growth and the P&L of the
company.
Requirements:
The successful candidate must be a passionate and
proven professional who can develop an "intimacy" with
the Client's brand. He/She must be able to thoroughly
understand the consumers', staff's and company's
needs.
The successful candidate will have a proven track
record in the FMCG and/or Retail sectors at the
highest level and be a driven strategic thinker with a
strong work ethic who can define and, implement plans
whilst successfully interacting with key decision
makers and influencers.
The successful candidate will have many years of
international working experience and is comfortable
with working with top senior management from different
countries.
Salary:
An attractive expatriate term will be offered. As a
minimum, around S$300,000 per annum on average and
more, depending on the achievement of growth and
profitability targets.
