There are several. My personal favorite is ProxiWeb at http://www.proxinet.com It uses a proxy server that "spoon feeds" the Palm with a lighter weight content. (For example, graphics are scaled down and reduced to 2bit) I have a Start Page for Palm browsing at http://start.at/palm or http://members.home.com/bjbyrne filled with links that work well with Palm browsers.
