...and it can be added that you really don't want such functionality on
the organizer anyway. (I >think< the original question asked about
conversion libraries on the Palm itself.) Each organizer has exactly
one encoding built into ROM and you can't install more (AFAIK) so
there's nothing to convert to or from. If you need to support (say) an
enterprise where multiple encodings are supported, then the
synchronization PC should do whatever conversion is needed for a
specific organizer. Make the PC do the heavy lifting.
