Is the following behavior a bug or a feature?
Go to MemoPad and open a category that has many items with a scroll
bar. Quickly drag the scroll car and release. If you do it quickly, it
starts scrolling, but then snaps back to the position that it started
in.
In my app, I created a horizontal scroll bar that does not have this
snap back behavior. The fact that the built-in vertical scroll bar
exhibits this snap back behavior has resulted in several of my users
reporting this as a bug. Does anyone know how I can eliminate the snap
back effect without creating my own vertical scroll bar from scratch?
