Can we expect to see the 3.1 OS code available under NDA anytime soon ?
I would also like to see the code for the 3.1.1 patch if possible since it 
is directly related so some of the stuff I have been working on.

There were considerable code changes in that area of the OS in 3.1, to make
things faster.  I wouldn't be surprised if the order changed - I don't
think we had guaranteed any order, though.
