OS 3.1+ change (getnextdatabase)?

Did DmFindFirst/NextDatabase reverse the order in which they return the
"next" database from 3.0 to 3.1?  I know I had to change a flag to get it
to work, but it appears if I load databases A, B, and C, they are returned
in reverse order in 3.1.
