Ubiquitous IF you are on Windows.  Remember that a large portion of PalmOS
developers use Linux and Macs.  I would like to see the docs available in some
sort of text-based format (e.g. HTML or XML), so that any editor with decent
scripting capabilities could be used to pop up info like SlickEdit.
