Hi Steve,
Do you know what kind of setup you are using i.e. is it a merged install?
The debugger might run into these kinds of errors in a merged install since
not everything is compatible. Another thing that might be happening is after
installing the R5 patch. In some rare circumstances, the CodeWarrior
preferences get corrupted when the patch is installed; the workaround would
be to delete the preferences. For the white simulator window though, I think
you would need to delete the Palm Preferences (there's a separate Palm
preferences from the Metrowerks preferences) this would normally fix things.
BTW, were you also able to debug to the emulator? This might also provide
more clues as to what might be going on.
