All I personally want to do with it is *copy* the screen's bitmap to a db record.
My app creates a window using a bitmap, uses the OS to draw on the window (lines,
text, etc), and then copies the modified bitmap from the WinPtr back to a DB record
for later use with WinDrawBitmap. I'm hoping that qualifies as "looking at it"
instead of "using it".*
