I am glad, however, the Rhodes & McKeehan book did not do this. It
would just be a rehash of what is found in the Palm tutorial and
examples. If the reviewers on Amazon are looking for an all-in-one
source on developing on the Palm, they're not going to ever find such a
book. Palm Programming is just too deep and growing deeper.
