Oops. Yes, permission was required to be allowed to download Palm Computer ROMS for
versions that I do not have. I think that in development versions of POSE were
included in the permission.

I guess my question is, is it acceptable to use POSE and a ROM for training in cases
where the ROM is only available to me through the license
agreement?

I had to get license approval to access the ROM's and the wording was such that other
developers from my company, in order to use the same files needed to sign the license
agreement. The difference, in the present case, is that I'm not asking for developer
permission, only display permission. In addition, we will have versions of the Palm
Computers available and could use the utility program to copy the ROMs from a Palm
Computer to use in the training.

I'd appreciate an answer to my new question :)

Have a nice day
