I think Metrowerk's CodeWarrior is too expensive for a user which wants to
"develop small software for his own use". It's good for developers, of
course.
GCC for Windows is free and C is not so hard to learn. It's good for
developers,
of course. Edit some sample programs, type make and you'll be happy.
Download the official programming book from Palm site (or better buy it!)
and
that's the way, my friend!
You are free to create everything you know for the Palm Universe.
No money, the knowledge is the limit (which could be extended).
