Do I need some C programming background to develop wih GCC? I have too some background programming in Visual Basic and Delphi. How about Oracle 8 Lite? Don't mean to be argumentative, and you all make excellent points about CodeWarrior & GCC. But the original poster said he knew *Visual Basic*. I wouldn't expect someone with that background to be able to easily dive into the world of C/C++/CodeWarrior.
