Look at the handspring website, there is a 8MB FLASH module for $79.95. Use
it in addition to the RAM already on the Visor
>This doesn't make sense...upload the update to WHERE on the Visor?
To RAM, just like the OS upgrades for the Palm Personal, Pro and the os3.0.6
update for the Palm III. Just becasuse the Visor doesn't have FLASH,
doesn't mean you can't put the OS update in RAM (with a little tweaking from
Handspring)

No, you stated: >How can Visors be "totally upgradable" and expandable
forever, with no flash?
Well, install the FLASH module and store up to 8MB of apps and data on your
module. Don't put the OS there. Put your OS update in RAM. If you drop
your voltage or reset the device, restore the RAM and the OS patch is back
too.
no FLAHS != no OS update
Palm already stated that there will/may be a RAM update for the IIIe so why
shouldn't there be a RAM update for the Visor units?
