THE NEW PALM OS 3.3 UPGRADE IS NOT A RAM BASED PATCH, IT IS A FULL FLASH
ROM REPLACEMENT.  THOSE ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT THINGS.

THE PALM IIIe CAN ACCEPT ONLY MINOR RAM PATCHES SUCH AS THE PALM OS
3.1.1 UPDATE.  IT CANNOT BE UPGRADED TO OS 3.3 OR HIGHER.
