System reset when downloading Rom Image

Hello all

I am trying to run my app on the POSE.  When I run the ROM Transfer.prc
form my Pilot, it keeps crashing saying.  Is there a trik to this.  I have
Emulator.exe running on my desktop and have it ready to Download a ROM
Image.  I answer all of the prompts and then follow accompanying procedure
for the Palm Pilot.


Should I download another version of the emulator or something.
