Which version are you using now?
What is the error message you are getting?
Which device ROM are you downloading?
Have you read the download instructions with POSEr?
Try slowing down the xfer rate to 56k or less. Make sure your ROM hasn't
been touched by Flash Pro or Flash Builder.
